Dr. Marian Dingena is founder of MPCN. As a change management expert, Marian has over 20 years of international experience in guiding business transformation through action learning programs and customized interventions. She worked with management and sales teams across a wide range of industries throughout Europe, Southern Africa, America, and India.

Marian is specialized in Strategic Customer Management, Business Strategy, Commercial Innovation and Change Management. She is working as a business coach, sparring partner, lecturer, source of inspiration, and independent researcher.

Marian is visiting faculty at the Rotterdam School of Management (Erasmus University), Mannheim Business School and other European Business Schools. At the Rotterdam School of Management she is involved in custom and open enrolment programs with corporate clients, such as the Strategic Account Management and the Sales Leadership Diploma Program. She published many articles and books and is co-author of the book ‘Transformational Sales’ (Kotler, Dingena, Pfoertsch, Springer, 2016). The revised edition of her bestseller Key-accountmanagement appeared in August 2016.
